Now Hiring: Mechanical Maintenance Technician (AM Shift) | Keep Our Resort Running Smoothly!

Are you a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC and mechanical experience? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working hands-on in a fast-paced environment? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team. In this important role, you’ll help maintain the property’s mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and facility operations to ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for our guests and team members.

Pay rate: $24.60/hr

Location: 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, equipment, and facility machinery

  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues

  • Respond to emergency and unscheduled maintenance repairs as needed

  • Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders

  • Repair or replace defective parts and test equipment for proper operation

  • Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, and repairs throughout the property

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop

  • Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members

  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions promptly


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience required

  • HVAC experience required; resort, apartment, or condominium experience preferred

  • Universal HVAC Certification required

  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to emergencies

  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
