We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee the operational and mechanical functions of our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, who can ensure our equipment and infrastructure run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all facility operations including preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and utilities management.
Oversee the maintenance and performance of hydraulic presses, electrical systems, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.
Manage a small team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
Coordinate with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, managing both facilities and mechanical equipment.
Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance budgets.
Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Electrician Journeyman License preferred
