Key duties include following safety standards, operating tools and power equipment, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience or a skilled trades certification, with proficiency in reading technical drawings, handling large assemblies, and basic electrical skills.
