What you’ll take on
- Own day-to-day field operations while working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team
- Install, assemble, and maintain industrial equipment using hand/power tools and welding techniques
- Enforce safe work practices and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
- Build and adjust daily schedules; assign tasks to hit deadlines
- Perform routine service on machinery (cleaning, lubrication, basic repairs)
- Coach, train, and support technicians to elevate performance
- Provide clear progress updates to clients and stakeholders
- Capture work details, timelines, and reporting in construction/project management software
What sets you up for success
- Experience as a working supervisor, foreman, or lead technician in industrial/construction environments
- Strong mechanical background in installation, maintenance, and equipment assembly
- Fluent in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Track record leading small field crews
- Solid knowledge of OSHA and field safety enforcement
- Comfort with project scheduling and construction management tools/software
- Leadership presence, excellent communication, and problem-solving mindset
- Travel flexibility: approximately 30% of the year, including overnights
- Valid driver’s license
- Residence within commuting distance of Fleetwood, PA

- $35.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
