Mechanical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team in San Antonio. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the mechanical team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a solid background in mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and workers
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work
• Inspect mechanical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Certification in mechanical or related field is a plus
