This role involves performing complex support activities on gas compression and rotating equipment in customer plants and in the field, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Lead and mentor technicians in daily, major, overhaul, and preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and high first-time fix rates.
- Coordinate service coverage, response protocols, and communicate technical issues effectively to customers and management.
- Provide technical support for installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Record and report findings accurately, demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting, and promote safety and environmental procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of equipment systems, failure analysis, and customer facilities.
