Responsibilities include facilitating startup and commissioning of mechanical systems, reviewing submittals and drawings, coordinating equipment testing, installation, and handover, and overseeing work progress and compliance with codes and standards. The role involves managing construction schedules, supporting safety procedures, acting as a liaison between field teams and management, and supervising contractors.
Qualifications include strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building codes, OSHA 30 certification, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software. Preferred experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
