We are seeking three highly capable Mechanical Engineers / Machinists to join a team in Leesburg, Virginia.
Design, manufacture, and support a proprietary system used in specialized maritime applications. This is a unique opportunity to work on a complete product lifecycle—from machining and assembly to testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
This is not a production-line position and it is not a traditional corporate engineering role.
We are looking for builders, problem-solvers, and mechanically minded professionals who enjoy creating tangible products and taking ownership of their work.
Position Overview
The majority of this role involves precision machining, assembly, and manufacturing support. However, we are specifically seeking individuals who can also think like engineers and contribute to product improvements, process development, and technical problem solving.
