Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of mechanical engineering plans and specifications. As the Engineer of Record, you will provide your professional engineering seal when required, ensuring adherence to all applicable codes and standards. Collaboration with internal design teams and coordination with project managers and external stakeholders are key components of this position.

Work Environment
This position allows for remote work with an on-site requirement every Thursday. The work schedule includes four 9-hour days from Monday to Thursday, with flexible start times between 7AM and 9AM. Fridays are half-days, from 8AM to 12PM. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for employees, with an option for dependents at an out-of-pocket cost. Paid Time Off is accrued at 5 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 16 days per year, along with 40 hours of paid sick time and 9 paid holidays. A SIMPLE IRA retirement match is available once the employee has earned $5,000 for the year, matching up to 3% of salary deductions. All benefits are available after 30 days of employment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
