Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and validation of medical device hardware. The ideal candidate will contribute to product development, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and hardware for medical devices.
Create and execute verification and validation test plans, procedures, and protocols.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and system issues to support product performance and manufacturing.
Evaluate components and technologies from suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards.
Monitor product reliability and recommend design improvements based on testing and user feedback.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design records, and engineering reports.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and engineering standards.
Present technical findings and project updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware or mechanical engineering, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry.
Experience with product development, verification, validation, and engineering documentation.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
