Our client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I to play a pivotal role, leading projects focused on simplifying and standardizing our customer offerings, helping to drive efficiency and excellence across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Engineer I
- Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to gather requirements and drive project execution.
- Analyze current product/service offerings to identify redundancies and opportunities for consolidation and standardization.
- Establish governance and controls to sustain standardized offerings and prevent reintroduction of complexity.
Key Project Deliverables: Mechanical Engineer I
- For the products; Car Operating Panel (COP), Hall Fixtures, Tracks and Hangers:
- Product Rationalization Framework
- Order Data Sheets (ODS) Files
- Assembly and Manufacturing drawings, developed in alignment with ODS sheets
- TK Note integration in Creo/Windchill
- Elog/MOD/OO Ordering integration
