Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic mid-level role. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects, working independently while receiving mentorship and guidance from senior engineering leadership. In this role, you will collaborate directly with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, contribute to design meetings, and help drive innovative solutions from concept through execution. This new addition is key to supporting our expanding project portfolio and strengthening the capabilities of our Mechanical Engineering department.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
Demonstrated expertise in HVAC system design.
Minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience within the A/E industry.
Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce high-quality design documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work across disciplines.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Complete employment and background screening with clear and favorable results.
A valid and clear state-issued driver's license is required
