You will work on new product ideas, support prototypes and production, and collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, 3D CAD experience, and the ability to work in a fast-moving product development environment.Work ScheduleHybrid roleRemote: Monday & FridayOnsite: Tuesday – ThursdayOpen to Engineer and Senior Engineer levels3–8 years of experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesResearch and recommend new technologies to improve products and processesDesign and develop mechanical systems that meet performance, safety, reliability, and customer requirementsCreate and manage:DrawingsSpecificationsBills of Materials (BOMs)Perform engineering analysis to support design and material decisionsSupport prototype builds, testing, and production activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve engineering issues from manufacturing, suppliers, and customersWork with suppliers and cross-functional teams to solve technical problemsEnsure designs follow engineering standards and best practicesGuide designers and drafters as neededHelp plan and prioritize engineering work for the teamPrepare reports, presentations, and technical documentationSupport continuous improvement and product development effortsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in mechanical/product design or developmentExperience with Creo or CATIA for 3D designExperience with Windchill PLM systemsStrong understanding of drawings and GD&TGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance (if required)Preferred ExperienceAdvanced 3D CAD and PLM tools experienceKnowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical componentsExperience with prototypes, testing, and production launchUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturabilityStrong technical writing and presentation skillsExperience working in cross-functional engineering teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
