The team is responsible for developing and supporting a wide range of electrical products focused on high performance motion control and precision data acquisition.Major Areas of AccountabilitySystem cable and controller chassis design, build, and testInterface with vendors and CM partners for prototypingGenerate documentation (Assembly drawings, BOMs, etc.) required for manufacturing and assemblyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field2+ years of experience using SolidWorks for mechanical design and 3D modelingHands‑on experience with building mechanical prototypesProficiency in Python for test automation and data analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD or AltiumExperience with reading schematics and datasheetsExperience with Test Method Validation, Design of Experiment (DoE)Physical Demands (US only)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
