Job Title

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide CAD drawings/layouts of requested equipment to support the Sales and customer requests for project quotes and approved projects.
  • Prompt, professional communication with customers as required for creation of engineered drawings, as well as internal assistance of Service Technician services and equipment parts requests
  • Manage the training program for Service Technicians, in collaboration with the Project Mgr., to create training documents, manuals and Service Tech knowledge validation schedules, ensuring a proactive approach to ensure a high standard of customer service and timely, organized communication internally
  • Manage the Safety Program for the company, which includes creation of standards and procedures which are aligned to Federal and State Regulatory requirements, as well as training documents, manuals and Technician knowledge validations
  • Support Project when needed to ensure maximum customer service is attained, including but not limited to successful internal and customer FAT's
  • Support Project for organization, cleanliness and company safety standards in the shop area, including all visitors and outside contractors
  • Provide support as requested for industry trade shows
  • Provide support for emergency situations (power outage, labor issues,.)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None

INTERDEPARTMENT RELATIONSHIPS:

  • This position will interact with all Departments as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office & manufacturing environments
  • Customer facilities/manufacturing environments
  • Ground and air travel as necessary

SAFE WORK PRACTICES:

  • Monitor work areas for any potential safety hazards and react accordingly to eliminate potential accidents (i.e. slip/fall hazards, trip hazards, etc..)
  • Ensure all staff, visitors in the shop area are maintaining company safety standards (shoes, eye protections, etc..)
