    Snapshot / Role Overview
    We're seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager in Las Vegas to deliver commercial HVAC and plumbing projects for hospitality, gaming, and commercial clients.

    Build strong relationships with hospitality and commercial clients across the valley.

    Responsibilities
    Manage the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical projects from buyout through closeout.
    Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
    Procure mechanical equipment and negotiate subcontracts with trade partners.
    Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.
    Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for technical accuracy.
    Monitor field operations and resolve installation challenges in coordination with superintendents.
    Track job costs, prepare monthly financial projections, and process change orders.
    Ensure compliance with Nevada building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.

    Requirements
    Must-Haves
    5 or more years of project management experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction.
    Experience with large-scale commercial or hospitality construction projects.
    Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
    Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Nice-to-Haves
    Experience in the Las Vegas or Nevada construction market.
    Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
    OSHA 30 certification.
    Experience with gaming or resort construction.

    Compensation and Logistics
    Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. This is a full-time role based in the Las Vegas metro area.
