Use energy simulation software to perform building energy/resource use analysis
Ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing work prepared by others
Perform working planning/management of the commissioning process to the available hours in the work plan
Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
Assist with business development
Requirements:
BS in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
5+ years of building commissioning experience
PE preferred
BCxP, CCP, CxA, or CBCP certification
Experience in Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and/or Institutional projects preferred
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Strong knowledge of MEP/FP building systems design/construction processes, building automation systems, and test and balance process/procedures
LEED AP with specialty preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
