We are seeking a Mechanical BIM Specialist to join our growing team and help develop the detailed models, layouts, and construction documentation that drive successful project execution.This is a primarily in-office position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You will create and modify construction drawings, coordinate building systems, verify field conditions, participate in BIM coordination meetings, and help ensure projects remain accurate, organized, and on schedule. This role plays a critical part in supporting project planning, fabrication, installation, and successful field execution.Responsibilities include developing detailed HVAC and plumbing models, generating construction drawings and shop drawings, interpreting plans and specifications, converting sketches and concepts into digital models, performing field verification and site measurements, participating in clash detection and coordination efforts, supporting fabrication workflows, and assisting project teams throughout the construction process.ScheduleMonday–Friday8:00 AM–5:00 PM40-hour workweekOne-hour lunch breakOvertime opportunities available based on project needs and management approvalQualificationsWe are seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in BIM coordination, Revit modeling, CAD drafting, mechanical design, MEP coordination, or commercial construction documentation.
