Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician (Large Equipment)

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Overview:
We are looking for assemblers to work 1st shift who have a background in assembly and/or construction. This role involves building and assembling large equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general sheet metal and mechanical assembly
• Read and follow assembly drawings/prints
• Use hand tools such as drills, ratchets, and impact wrenches
• Operate lifts (Skyjack) and cranes
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Assembly and/or construction background required
• Ability to read blueprints/prints
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working at heights (no fear of heights)
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of recent, consistent work history
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and working overhead
• Must wear safety shoes
