Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate works under the direction of the Manufacturing Associate Supervisor and Lead in a structured manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products according to detailed assembly instructions while maintaining quality standards and supporting production goals.
Job Duties
- Assemble component parts according to specifications, assembly instructions, and production schedules.
- Set up and operate equipment required for assembly processes.
- Inspect products for quality, package finished assemblies, and support shipping activities as needed.
- Follow LEAN Manufacturing and 5S principles while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Safely use hand tools, assembly equipment, cleaning solvents, grease, epoxies, and other manufacturing materials while collaborating with team members on safety and process improvement initiatives.

Experience & Skill Requirements
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or experience in a related field
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures
- Experience working with small hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
