Electronic Assembly Opportunity

Temporary Position | $18.00/hr | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate works under the direction of the Manufacturing Associate Supervisor and Lead in a structured manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products according to detailed assembly instructions while maintaining quality standards and supporting production goals.

Job Duties

• Assemble component parts according to specifications, assembly instructions, and production schedules.
• Set up and operate equipment required for assembly processes.
• Inspect products for quality, package finished assemblies, and support shipping activities as needed.
• Follow LEAN Manufacturing and 5S principles while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Safely use hand tools, assembly equipment, cleaning solvents, grease, epoxies, and other manufacturing materials while collaborating with team members on safety and process improvement initiatives.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Experience & Skill Requirements

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or experience in a related field
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures
• Experience working with small hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
