Mechanical and Plumbing Construction Superintendent

Superintendent - San Antonio, TX 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and Superintendent to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all mechanical and plumbing construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to project management team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in mechanical and plumbing projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
