We're looking for a skilled Mechanic Technician II who takes pride in hands-on work, welding, and keeping essential farm equipment running at peak performance.

Weld and repair farm implements and agricultural equipment
Perform maintenance and mechanical service on harvest machines
Repair and replace hydraulic hoses and bearings
Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles
Help keep critical equipment safe, reliable, and field-ready
Follow safety and food quality standards
Support shop and field repair needs as they arise
At least 1 year of farm equipment experience
At least 1 year of solid welding experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
Basic math and measurement skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Strong work ethic and team mindset
Age 18+
Active, hands-on mechanical work
Indoor and outdoor conditions
Extended standing, walking, and equipment work
Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
Work in both hot and cold weather conditions
