Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities
- Professional attitude and work ethic
- Ability to communicate with Service Advisor to ensure customers are advised of additional service work needed
- Perform work specified with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Perform other duties as assigned
