Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Napoleon, Ohio, manufacturing plant.
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay $33.15 to $39.18 per hour based on experience. Overtime and shift differentials. $5000 hiring bonus. Responsibilities
Maintain and repair high speed manufacturing equipment and can lines. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability. Troubleshoot and modify industrial mechanical systems. Use precision tools for measurements up to .0010. Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED. 2 or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or maintenance technician in manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting and measurement skills. Safety focused mindset with attention to detail.
