Prepare fresh tuna for shipment and maintain seafood inventory with the Cooler Manager.

Cutting, portioning, and prepping seafood as ordered by customers.. Knowledge of seafood processing (like cutting, gutting, filleting, etc.), but will train the right person. Must have initiative. Works in a cold environment; ability to learn anatomy of tuna.
