We are seeking goal-oriented, bilingual (Spanish-English) individuals interested in professional growth as a Meat Cutter with retail sales experience.
Essential duties include:
- Organizing and maintaining back stock for easy access
- Recognizing and understanding various meat cuts
- Cutting and separating meat like chicken, beef, and pork
- Following weights, measures, and safety protocols per California regulations
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in meat cutting, especially Hispanic cuts preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to handle food safety chemicals and equipment safely
Note: Varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are required due to industry cycles. Other duties may be assigned to ensure proper department operations.
