Lift/Move 20 Pounds, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Team Player
JOB FUNCTION:
Support and assist the production crew through various tasks. Prospective employees should be friendly, hard-working, dependable and a team player. This is a full-time position with normal scheduling of 6am- 3pm, Monday- Friday. Hours may vary based on production needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties on production floor
- Wrap and bag customer orders
- Assist in cutting processes of meat products: (beef, pork, poultry)
- Prepare items for distribution
- Clean equipment and sanitize daily
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Ability to work with others
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal communication
- Previous meat- cutting experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- On feet 8 hours per day
- Repetitive lifting and grasp
- Reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting
- Frequently lift 0-20 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposure to varying temperatures
