Meat Cutter

This role involves carefully processing, stocking, and displaying high-quality meat and meat-related items to ensure freshness and appeal, while delivering excellent customer service.

• Must be 18+, Servsafe certified, knowledgeable of all meat cuts, and able to follow instructions in English.
• Responsibilities include cutting various meats to standards, wrapping, weighing, pricing, stocking cases, unloading deliveries, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring proper product rotation.
• Fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment and adheres to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Secondary duties involve price updates, signage, reporting theft or damages, and completing onboarding tasks.
• Requires physical activity such as lifting up to 80 lbs, standing, walking, and working in cold environments, with frequent safety risk exposure from equipment and slippery surfaces.

• The hourly wage ranges from $17.30 to $22.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
