Seeking a Part-Time Meat Cutter responsible for properly cutting and preparing various meats to company standards, ensuring product quality and safety.
- Cut, weigh, and prepare steaks, chops, and value-added products while following established recipes and guidelines.
- Price, wrap, and display meat products; maintain clean, well-stocked departments.
- Assist with stocking, merchandise rotation, and suggestive selling to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning protocols.
- Perform tasks in other departments as needed based on customer needs.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with previous retail or meat cutting experience preferred. Must have basic math skills, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
