The role includes preparing meats for display or customer orders, working with customers on special requests, and collaborating with Meat Clerks and the Meat Manager to identify cutting needs.
This position requires the ability to perform heavy lifting, as well as prolonged standing, bending, and stooping. The work environment is fast-paced, typical of a grocery store, with physical and sensory demands such as lifting, walking, kneeling, and visual and auditory attention.
