Role Overview
The Measurement & Attribution (M&A) Solutions team is responsible for defining and advancing next-generation digital measurement and attribution capabilities across enterprise acquisition ecosystems. This role will help shape the future of measurement by translating evolving business needs into scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled solutions that improve acquisition efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, digital marketing measurement expertise, advanced analytics awareness, and strong stakeholder leadership to drive transformation initiatives across marketing, analytics, product, and technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement & Attribution Strategy
- Drive the evolution of enterprise measurement and attribution capabilities across digital acquisition channels.
- Design scalable frameworks for conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and customer journey measurement.
- Support attribution methodologies including rule-based attribution, data-driven attribution, and foundational marketing mix modeling (MMM).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition measurement accuracy and optimization capabilities.
- Develop approaches for experimentation, incrementality testing, A/B testing, and lift measurement.
AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML capabilities within marketing measurement and attribution ecosystems.
- Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization use cases.
- Translate advanced analytics concepts into actionable business solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Support innovation initiatives focused on the future of search, intelligent measurement, and next-generation acquisition analytics.
Solution Design & Platform Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to define scalable future-state measurement solutions.
- Contribute to measurement architecture discussions involving tracking infrastructure, SDKs, pixels, tags, and identity resolution capabilities.
- Support integration and optimization efforts across platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, and attribution ecosystems.
- Work with cloud and data platform teams to support scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
Strategic Problem Solving
- Frame ambiguous business problems into structured, measurable solution strategies.
- Align measurement strategies to business outcomes including acquisition growth, campaign effectiveness, and investment optimization.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability and transformation goals.
- Reconcile competing stakeholder priorities and drive decision-making across matrixed teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, product management, technology, and data science organizations.
- Influence strategic direction without direct authority in highly matrixed environments.
- Translate complex analytics and measurement concepts into clear executive-level narratives and recommendations.
- Drive clarity, alignment, and communication planning across multiple stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement and attribution ecosystems.
- Experience with customer acquisition analytics, conversion tracking, and digital funnel measurement.
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies including rule-based and data-driven attribution models.
- Experience supporting experimentation strategies including A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating in ambiguous and evolving environments with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying AI/ML capabilities within marketing analytics or measurement domains.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, optimization, and segmentation methodologies.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, or attribution platforms.
- Exposure to SQL, large-scale datasets, cloud platforms, or data infrastructure concepts.
- Understanding of tracking technologies including tags, pixels, SDKs, and identity resolution.
- Experience within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of privacy, consent management, and modern tracking limitations.
