In this role, you will
- Coordinate resident assessments, ensuring timely communication and adherence to regulations
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize MDS software for data entry and reporting
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings and update care plans accordingly
- Generate quality reports and submit assessment data on time
- Stay current with industry standards through ongoing education
- Oversee ancillary data reporting for billing purposes
Ideal candidates hold a current Nursing License, have geriatric nursing experience, and demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills. They should work well independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities accurately.
