The VISTA member will design a social media content workflow, Canva template suite, and brand style guide to reduce information barriers and expand awareness of CCMT's programs. The member will build Mailchimp email automation, strengthen partner cross-promotion systems, and develop frameworks for staff to engage micro-focus groups to identify participation barriers among underserved residents. VISTA will evaluate and improve volunteer recruitment and onboarding workflows and implement a shared scheduling system to expand service capacity. The member will develop data collection protocols, KPI dashboards, and communications toolkits for CCMT's MAYDAY! Gardens, Youth Internship, Farmstand, and GIVEBACK!
