    Job Description

    Sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 based upon skills, experience and certification(s).

    Dimmitt Automotive Group is currently seeking a Certified and Factory Trained McLaren Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repair work in accordance with dealership and factory quality standards and procedures to obtain the highest in customer satisfaction. If you are a bright, motivated, and energetic professional we encourage you to apply to join our world-class team.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
    • Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
    • Repairs vehicles as assigned
    • Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
    • Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
    • Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
    • Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
    • Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years ultra luxury brand experience   
    • EV certified preferred
    • High school diploma or GED; tech schools/training
    • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
    • Excellent work history
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Basic computer and internet skills
    • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift
