    Summary

    Summary

    Develops, implements, and coordinates activities to support families who have experienced a poor pregnancy prognosis or fetal/infant loss throughout the health system. Works collaboratively with chaplaincy, clinics, and inpatient care teams to ensure continuity of care and availability of resources.

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.

    Licensure/Certification

    Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for travel throughout the northeastern hospital region.

    Experience

    Must have at least three years' recent experience working with women, children, and families. Must have at least two years' prior experience working with families experiencing fetal and infant loss. Experience and enthusiasm in providing culturally competent care to diverse populations. Previous experience in project management preferred.

    Other Qualifications

    Competent use of Microsoft office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of community resources. Strong public speaking, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal communication skills. Motivated, flexible, and ability to work well independently. Completed Resolve Through Sharing training or willingness to complete within six months of hire.
