Position: Sales Consultant
General Duties May Include:
- Understand that business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing it.
- Identify each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening attentively.
- Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including conducting test drives.
- Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Over one year of automotive sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding automotive sales and customer service goals.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers and persist in building relationships.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
