Contract Role | Maximo Specialist 4 months contract with possible extension Pay Range: 65 - 86/hour on w2 Note: Hybrid would be fine but not required. Remote is fine too Job Description: Looking for an experienced Maximo specialist with advanced expertise in enterprise work management, integrations, financial configuration, and system reliability across complex multienvironment Maximo landscapes. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve challenging functional and technical issues, including GL account validation errors, workflow logic defects, data integrity problems, and crosssystem integration failures. Skilled in supporting Maximo’s endtoend ecosystem —Work Management, Nuclear, and Supply Chain—while maintaining stability through structured change, incident, and release processes. Highly proficient in Maximo asset and work order lifecycle management, MBO structures, data relationships, interface tables, and automation frameworks. Handson experience with Maximo Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, ActiveMQ, MuleSoft gateways, and custom Java or automationscriptbased enhancements. Adept at troubleshooting integration flows between Maximo and S/4 (IDOCs, APIs) and supporting mobile solutions such as Maximo Mobile Work Order, Work Approvals, Condition Reporting, and Asset Manager. Strong crossfunctional collaborator with experience leading deployments, patching cycles, environment outages, and release planning. Wellversed in coordinating enhancements, supporting oncall operations, validating changes across DEV/ACCP/PROD environments, and ensuring controlled, highquality releases. Effective mentor and knowledgetransfer lead, partnering with business stakeholders to align requirements, streamline processes, and ensure operational readiness.
