There are over 900 certified staff and 800 classified employees providing students in grades kindergarten through 12 with a quality education. The district is located directly south of Louisville, KY, and is the Commonwealths seventh largest school district. Description NBHS has a vacancy for a Math Teacher. Candidates holding certification for Math grades 9 through 12 will be preferred, but Math 5-9 certification is also accepted. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a program of instruction that supports the premise that high expectations for all students are possible. They will also implement activities that assist students in reaching mastery, engaging students, and helping them achieve their potential.
Applicants should expect to work in an atmosphere of collegiality and be willing to support our students through some extracurricular or co-curricular program. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year.
Salary based on board-approved salary schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
