Job Overview
This is an onsite role where you will support the materials management and site production scheduling process alongside the Supply Chain Management team. Utilize SAP to ensure the smooth operation of our production schedules and materials supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert weekly supply planning orders into production planning and detailed scheduling orders.
- Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with product supply teams to adjust production schedules as needed.
- Close and adjust process orders for weekly production.
- Maintain process orders in APO to enhance EWM effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with short-, medium-, and long-term production plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent supply of materials.
- Execute MRPs and manage materials call-off processes.
- Support operational excellence through Plant DMS participation and IBP preparation.
- Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies.
- Enhance supply network capabilities to drive value and eliminate losses.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
Preferences
- Manufacturing experience in the food industry.
- Project management experience or knowledge.
