We value forward‑thinking challengers, boundary‑pushers, and diverse perspectives across all our departments, because we know we play a critical role in the world enabling faster progress for all.Your Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials for use in the production of Photoresists and Associated Materials at advanced production nodesEstablish and maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production in concert with internal and external vendorsInteract closely with vendors to ensure clear communication of DuPont's expectations, including regular audits, technical meetings, and on‑site visitsWork with multidisciplinary teams to determine root cause and corrective actions of material quality failureCoordinate with a global team to ensure success of all projectsEnsure new and existing raw material supply plans align with global strategyYour Qualification Profile Essential: BS in Chemistry or ChemE with 5 years' experience or MS in Chemistry or ChemE with 2 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing environmentEssential: Understanding of statistical techniques including DOE, Control Charts, Gage R&R, ANOVAPreferred: Experience working in a global environment with communications across culturesPreferred: Experience working in the semiconductor or a related fieldEssential: Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred: Experience using a statistical software program (e.g., JMP)Pay range for this role is $78,960.00 - $124,080.00 annually.Qnity is an equal‑opportunity employer.
