Job Title: Materials Process Engineer

Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Materials Process Engineer where you will work across innovation, materials, product creation, quality, and global manufacturing teams. You will play a key role in developing, industrializing, and scaling advanced material technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in polymer materials.
- Experience developing and industrializing advanced material technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and manufacturing quality systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex technical problem-solving in manufacturing environments.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- CNC/tooling certifications.
- Experience with JMP software and data analysis.
- Lab testing experience, specifically with polyurethane.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and validation of advanced material manufacturing processes.
- Establish process capability targets, operating windows, and manufacturing controls required for scalable production.
- Analyze process capability, variation, yield, and quality data to identify opportunities for improvement.
