This includes Raw materials, supplies and MRO planning , working together to ensure operational excellence, supplier performance, and inventory management aligned with business objectives.What We Offer From Day 1 Medical, Dental,Disability, and Life Insurance CoverageVision PlanPaid Vacation Days and Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveRetirement Plan EmployeeStock Purchase ProgramEducational Assistance PlanWhat You'll Be DoingManage the activities of buyers and participate in cross-location commodity teams, including contract negotiations, supply agreements, and confidentiality agreementsReview supplier proposals, negotiate pricing, select vendors, and monitor performance to ensure optimal sourcing decisionsOversee raw material inventory levels to meet operational and business goalsPurchase raw materials, supplies, and services in compliance with company policies, quality standards, and cost objectivesProvide suppliers with forecasts and demand schedules to ensure alignment with organizational requirementsAnalyze supplier quotations and proposals, identify alternatives, and select the most effective sourcing strategiesEnsure compliance with inventory and freight policies to support financial and operational targetsDrive long-term strategic initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, cash flow improvement, and business performanceWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in (B.B.A.) Business Administration, or (B.S.) in Engineering, or related field with eight (8) to ten (10) of experience in manufacturing operations, warehouse, planning or logistics field.APICS Certification highly preferred.Excellent supervisory and communication skills; excellent knowledge of local and federal regulations.Experience with use of MRP systems.Ability to analyze complex business trade-offs and solve problems innovativelyProficiency in presenting ideas and communicating effectively across diverse audiencesBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish US Benefits at Baxter (except for Puerto Rico)This is where your well-being matters.
