What Youll Own
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead all materials functions, including:
- Purchasing and supplier performance
- Production planning and scheduling
- Inventory control and working capital optimization
- Warehouse operations and material flow
You will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team - aligning materials strategy with production, engineering, and business objectives.

Inventory & Working Capital:

- Lead planning, purchasing, and inventory strategy
- Manage supplier performance and risk

Required:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related
- 7-10+ years manufacturing/materials leadership experience
- ERP/MRP experience (Epicor, SAP, etc.)
- Strong financial and operational acumen
