Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate freight carriers for inbound and outbound shipments

• Track shipment schedules and maintain communication with carriers and suppliers • Prepare and provide freight estimates and transportation details to the sales team • Work with purchasing to schedule delivery of incoming materials and components • Maintain records of shipments and logistics activities • Assist in maintaining accurate tracking of chassis inventory and movement • Coordinate customer pickups and deliveries • Support yard operations when necessary to ensure efficient material flow • Assist with other logistics or administrative duties as required
