As our Materials Handling & Logistics Supervisor in Rogers, MN, you’ll coordinate Material Handlers and Drivers, partner with cross-functional teams, and keep safety, accuracy, and speed front and center.

What you’ll handle
- Real-time workload balancing and reassignment
- Cross-functional coordination to remove distractions for floor Specialists
- Issue resolution and escalation only when required
- Support for assessments, job assignments, training plans, and projects
- Contribution to improvement strategies and execution plans
- Leading by example to foster empowerment and safety
- Cycle Counting coordination and/or execution
- Execution to control procedures and policies
- Team-based completion of daily shop-floor requirements
- End-to-end flow: transacting, storage, labeling, movement, packaging, shipment, and return from field and/or stock
Must-haves
- 5+ years in warehousing/logistics or closely related fields
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience and certification (or ability to be certified)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations and practical problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, positive collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Ability to continually meet all ADA factors as detailed within this job description.

Work setting and physical requirements
- Safety sensitive position.
- Up to 100% sitting, standing and walking in an 8-hour workday, more if working overtime.
- Ability to continuously wear personal protective equipment.

- Ability to work with or around chemicals.
