Materials Handler / Forklift

We are seeking an experienced Materials Handler II to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely material movement, inventory control, and production support activities while maintaining compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Kit materials to production work orders according to the manufacturing build schedule.
• Issue production materials to designated kanban locations.
• Manage, track, and maintain assigned inventory and materials.
• Perform SAP transactions to ensure accurate inventory and material status updates.
• Participate in and complete monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot material-related issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Prioritize daily activities to meet production and kanban requirements.
• Accurately count, verify, and reconcile material quantities.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Understand facility organization structure and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Lift, move, and handle materials/packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of materials handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory management and material flow processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Ability to perform SAP transactions effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• Experience working in a medical device cleanroom environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations.
