Pay Rate: $14 per hour - $16.25 per hour
Summary:
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Assemble lift trucks and components within a specified cycle time.
Test, inspect, make adjustments, and reject parts/materials as necessary.
Ensure proper care and usage of assembly tools, equipment, and facility, maintaining general housekeeping.
Operate equipment safely and exhibit safe behavior at all times.
Accept responsibility for the quality of work performed.
Document processes using the BAM system.
Adhere to quality standards consistently.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Work safely, perform quality work, and be available to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
Maintain work area and participate in developmental programs as identified by the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED – preferred but not required.
General knowledge of assembly processes and tools.
Ability to read and make decisions from SOEs, OMS, shop orders, operation sheets, prints, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions.
Proficient computer skills.
Safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment and proper use of PPE.
Familiarity with DFT techniques.
Preferred Skills:
National Career Readiness Certification is preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage time effectively to maintain an acceptable level of attendance.
Exhibit willingness to participate in training deemed necessary by management to assist in the development of basic and technical skills.
