Job Title: Materials Engineer
Job Description
As a Materials Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing thermoset and ceramic composite formulations specifically for MAD 3D printing applications. Your work will involve innovative materials such as epoxy, phenolic, carbon-filled, and aqueous ceramics. You will be responsible for designing and refining materials mixing protocols and equipment strategies to ensure batch consistency, processability, and printability. Additionally, you will lead the testing and characterization of material properties, including thermal stability, cure kinetics, mechanical performance, and ablation performance.
