Required education: High school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired experience/skills: Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or materials management experience Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions Experience auditing inventory and verifying incoming shipments Understanding of shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare warehouse-related reports Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work routines in a warehouse environmentJob duties: Administer daily warehouse operations, including the processing, storage, packaging, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment Maintain accountability for all inventory and materials stored within warehouse facilities Audit and verify incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures Prepare and manage shipping and receiving schedules to ensure efficient material flow Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain organized storage areas Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse operating standards Support the maintenance, protection, and proper use of warehouse facilities and equipment Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities as required Promote safe and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and accuracy **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
