Materials Coordinator

Salary Range: $57,000 – $65,000 annually

What You’ll Do

As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll support daily warehouse and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, production floor replenishment, and inventory control. You’ll help ensure materials move accurately from the warehouse to internal teams and that transactions are properly documented in QAD.

You will:

  • Receive and document incoming materials in QAD.
  • Move inventory and support finished goods production.
  • Maintain raw material Kanban fulfillment for production.
  • Track consumables and spare parts inventory.
  • Keep stockroom, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized.
  • Label materials and support work orders to meet production schedules.
  • Help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Pack and ship products to customers, subcontractors, and sterilizers.
  • Route RMAs to the correct department.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS standards.
  • Experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime and lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $57,000 – $64,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, location, market conditions, and business needs.
